Privacy policy
In this privacy policy, you will learn what I can do with your personal data when you visit my website https://contentvector.cz/, order my services, send me a question or subscribe to newsletter. You will also find human-readable info what cookies are and why do I store them. Last but not least, you will learn what rights you have regarding your personal data and how to revoke them if you would like.
Personal data is processed according to European Parliament and Council of the European Union nr. 2016/679 about protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these data and cancellation of directive 95/46/ES (general regulation about personal data protection) (“Regulation” from now on).
Who processes your personal data?
Data controller of your personal data is me, Miroslav Bárta, Company identification number 86950363, with address Chomutovská 1365, 432 01 Kadaň, Czech Republic.
Other than me, following subjects might have limited access to your data, such as invoicing software, email marketing software etc. I do NOT share your personal data with anyone strictly not needing the access.
Subjects with limited access to your data:
- idoklad.cz (Czech invoicing webapp),

- Should you have provided personal data of other participants, you declare that you have rights to do so.
- I need the above data so I can fulfill your order of my services. I also collect this data for possible tax control or a case where we might enter a litigation.
- I keep this data for 10 years after finalizing the order, unless I am bound to keep the data for longer.

- When you fill contact form on my website, you provide me with:
- Name, surname,
- email address,
- your business needs (such as budget, area of interest, etc.),
- IP address,
- any other information you decide to provide me there with.
- I use every information provided so I can realiably answer your query.

- I use this data for sole purpose of sending you newsletter or other free stuff – name and surname is there just for personal touch. The details are there for that reason, too – as it is nice to make this whole process less robotic.
- Cookies:
- The website uses cookie files, which are saved there for:
- Measuring the site traffic and making statistics about visitors´ behaviour. This way I can fine-tune the website to provide even more relevant and easy-to-digest information.
- Measuring the website performance – thanks to this, I can correlate eg. sudden traffic spike with bot attack, or measure the use of resources and thus being able to make the website perform even better.
- The important bit is the cookies are not read in a way that would disclose the visitor´s true identity. They are purely statistical – no following you around the internet with targetted ads and stuff.
- Of course, you can use the website in cookie-less way by setting it up in your browser, or using privacy-focused software (eg. browser).
- Embedded content from other websites
- Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
- These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How do I protect your data?
As I have a background in cybersecurity, I take protection of your data seriously.
The website uses three-step verification for admin account, hence any data provided eg. in contact forms is secure.
Email is stored on GSuite with two-step verification and very good security practices.
Any offline backups are kept on multiple locations, each on encrypted password-protected drive.
I do not share my devices with spouses, friends, strangers and do not compromise security by using my computer and other access points for shady stuff. Nuff said!
