What is going to happen now?

- I will read your e-mail ASAP – typically within 1 business day and confirm to you that I´ve got it, so you´re not stuck with some autoreply, wondering if actual human read your message. If I can and the project is smaller one, I will also reply with actual project details, budget and other operational details.
- I will read the details you have provided, do some background research about your company so as to get as clear message as I could. At this point, I analyze if there is some additional research or clarification needed. If the project is out of my scope, I will let you know at this point – I want to make sure I am the right one for you.
- I will prepare some high-level work schedule and details and reply to you with those. We can then either schedule a call or continue via e-mail or other platform (eg. Slack).
- If we have a mutual understanding, I will give you estimated time and budget, plus additional info if required.
- If you agree, I will provide terms and conditions and contract for us both to sign.
- We´re rolling! I am working at this point, but you can reach me anytime you need. After completing the project and finalizing the deal, I will ask for your feedback to continually provide better service. Also, if you are happy, I will ask for testimonial and recommendation so I can reach more interesting people like you.
